We have been breeding Swiss mountain dogs for seventeen years.
We have chosen to breed three of the Swiss mountain dog breeds : the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Entlebuch Cattle Dog because we have found that their loyal temperament, their companionship and their versatility suit our way of life perfectly.
All three breeds are excellent dogs for family life, affectionate, patient and gentle with children. Swiss mountain dogs are above all a passion and we are going to try, through this website to share this passion with you. After a number of years of experience with these dogs our passion has become our profession. We do everything possible to produce beautiful, well balanced and healthy dogs. Of course, this is possible only with selection and we are dedicated to producing healthy lines with excellent temperaments.
Our nurseries and maternity facilities, which meet the most rigorous health standards, are on our premises and we breed and raise our dogs in a family atmosphere.
Therefore puppies from Les Joyeuses Gambades are friendly and sociable.

We live in France, in the village La Bussière, one hour south of Paris by car. We have a large property and our dogs enjoy running freely over 10 hectares / 25 acres.
